Nirmal Singh, Executive Chairman

A seasoned corporate leader, Nirmal brings more than four decades of global experience overseeing large, complex organisations across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, the UK, and the Americas.

A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by training, he has held senior executive roles with multinational corporations.

His deep expertise spans finance, governance, international operations, and strategic leadership.

Nirmal guides the group’s long-term strategy, governance, and global business portfolio.

Before joining the Lotus Group, Nirmal was Chief Financial Officer for International & Legal Affairs at Shiji Group. He previously held regional leadership roles at MICROS, including President for Asia Pacific.

Abhishek Khetan, Managing Director

Abhishek leads the group’s business development, investment strategy, and financial oversight.

With a background in finance and economics from Boston University, he brings a strong analytical foundation coupled with hands-on experience in regional and international business operations.

Abhishek plays a key role in shaping our long-term portfolio strategy across sectors including sustainable luxury, hospitality, real estate, and impact-driven ventures.

He works closely with partners and leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, strengthen financial performance, and support the group’s mission of responsible and socially conscious investment.

Chandra Prakash Khetan (CP), Executive Director

CP is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience building businesses in diverse sectors.

His career spans FMCG, beverages, finance, manufacturing and more.

CP brings entrepreneurial insight, governance experience and a long-term strategic perspective.

He is committed to community-focused ventures and focuses the group on responsible growth and values-led investment.

Raksha Khetan, Executive Director

A multidisciplinary professional, Raksha bridges analytical rigor with creative vision.

With foundational training in Economics and Mathematics, she brings strong strategic and problem-solving capabilities to her work.

Her experience as a Transfer Pricing Consultant at Deloitte equipped her with a deep understanding of financial structures, regulatory environments, and international markets.

Driven by a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for craftsmanship, Raksha transitioned from consulting to the world of design, where she applies both her analytical discipline and creative instincts.

She now oversees the European portfolio of Lotus, focusing on identifying, nurturing, and scaling businesses through a blend of strategic insight and aesthetic sensibility.

Her work reflects her dual strengths: a commitment to thoughtful, data-driven decision-making paired with an instinctive appreciation for art, and design.

Yeo Soon Keong (SK), Director

SK brings over 35 years of leadership experience across governance, international business, and corporate affairs in Asia.

He has served on the boards of major regional companies, including Carlsberg India and Carlsberg South Asia.

SK currently sits as an Independent Director of Singapore-listed Koh Brothers Eco Engineering, where he chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Nomination Committee.

Throughout his career, SK has advised multinational corporations and family businesses on cross-border strategy, regulatory affairs, governance, and organisational resilience.

He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the Singapore University of Social Sciences, where he teaches Ethics and Sustainability, reflecting his deep commitment to responsible business and societal impact.

SK was admitted to the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn as a Barrister after earning his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nottingham, UK, and later qualified as an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore. He also holds a Master’s in International Business.

Jesper Bjørn Madsen, Director

Jesper is a veteran international business leader with more than four decades of experience across global markets, particularly in Asia.

A lawyer by training, he holds a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen and pursued further studies in Scottish and English Law at the University of Edinburgh.

Jesper spent over 20 years with the Carlsberg Group, where he served as Senior Vice President of Carlsberg Breweries A/S with oversight of the Asia region and other key international markets.

During his tenure, he also held multiple non-executive chairmanships and directorships across Carlsberg’s subsidiaries in Asia, contributing to the Group’s expansion and strategic investments throughout the region.

An experienced board director with deep expertise in cross-border governance, international operations, and large-scale market development, Jesper brings invaluable global perspective and strategic insight to the Lotus Group.

Manak Singh, Director

Manak Singh is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategic operator with over 20 years of experience in FMCG/beverages and luxury boutique hospitality.

His career began at his family’s brewing and bottling enterprise, where he expanded operations and launched Power Punch, one of North India’s leading strong beer brands.

The brand’s success led to a full acquisition by the Carlsberg Group in India, following collaborations with global players including InBev, SAB, and the UB Group.

Following the acquisition, Manak spent seven years as a strategic consultant to alcohol companies in India and Nepal, advising on brand development, market expansion and go-to-market strategy across diverse regional landscapes.

Guided by a passion for service and experiential storytelling, he later transitioned into boutique hospitality.

Manak owns and manages The Mirage, Andretta, one of India’s foremost heritage-led wellness retreats known for its creative, intimate, and community-rooted ethos.

In 2025, his company, Anfang Crafters and Blenders Pvt Ltd, expanded further with the acquisition of three luxury boutique hotels in Goa.

Manak’s strengths lie in operational excellence, brand-building, and cultivating high-performing teams. He combines entrepreneurial foresight with disciplined execution, consistently aligning market-driven strategy with long-term brand vision.

Anders Peter Juel Sauerberg, Director

Anders is co-founder and Group CEO of Norbreeze Group, where he has spent over two decades building and scaling purpose-driven lifestyle and consumer brands across Asia and global markets.

He leads a diverse portfolio that includes PANDORA Indochina, MGI Distribution, a joint venture with Movado Group. He also founded the Danish watch brand, August Berg, to blend commercial excellence with meaningful social impact.

A seasoned board director and strategic operator, Anders has overseen major regional expansions, long-term brand partnerships and multiple business transformations.
His leadership philosophy is grounded in Scandinavian design values, disciplined execution and a people-first approach.

He also serves on the board of MGI Distribution and continues to advise global consumer and lifestyle companies on strategy, brand building, and retail growth.

Our inspiration

Mr Mohan G. Khetan (19472007) was a visionary Nepali businessman whose enterprises spanned beverages, foods, banking, insurance, mining, and real estate. Partnering with global brands such as Carlsberg, Habib Bank, Lloyds, San Miguel, and Thai President Food, he helped create over 3,000 direct jobs and many thousands more indirectly.

Beyond business, Mr Khetan was deeply committed to social development and philanthropy. He strengthened local governance and played a key role in advancing education and healthcare nationwide, including building schools, colleges, and hospitals. He was a founder trustee of Kathmandu University, Chairman of the Marwari Service Association and Agrawal Sewa Kendra in Nepal, and actively supported the Lions Club and Rotary movements.

Mr Khetan also served as Honorary Consul General of Turkey in Nepal, fostering strong ties between Nepal and the Republic of Turkey. In recognition of his lifelong contributions, he received numerous national and international honours, and was posthumously commemorated by the Government of Nepal with the Mohan G. Khetan postage stamp.
